Meet the breeder

I'm Rebecca G., the breeder behind PAWSitive Cheeky Chihuahuas located in Williamsburg, VA. My focus is on excellence in every aspect of my breeding program. I offer quality Chihuahuas. I have high expectations for my puppies and make sure to place each one with an enriching and loving family complementary to their personality and ability.

Q. & A. with Rebecca

  • Why did you start breeding?

About eight years ago, we reignited our passion for raising Chihuahuas and have since committed ourselves to breeding responsibly and ethically. We are proud to offer happy, healthy, and well-socialized puppies who begin their lives surrounded by love in our family home.
  • What makes your program special?

We prioritize the health and well-being of every dog and puppy in our care. Our breeding dogs are carefully selected for temperament and conformation and are health tested and OFA certified. Our puppies are raised underfoot in our home, exposed to a variety of sights, sounds, textures, and daily household activity. With the help of our children, each puppy is handled, loved, and played with daily.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies include long and smooth coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include merle, chocolate, black sabled fawn, blue, chocolate blue, chocolate brindled fawn, chocolate sabled fawn, fawn brindled black, blue merle, cream and white, black and tan, blue and white, chocolate and white, and chocolate and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
