I am from the east coast, but I was in Texas for training for the military. After telling her that I could not have the dog initially due to where I was staying, she let me put a deposit down and would hold on to the dog until my wife could fly out and pick her up. She offered to meet me halfway from where I was (about three hours) just so we could meet the dog and her, and then again when we finally picked up the dog. She truly cares about the dogs and it is so evident in how she prepared for the dog to be picked up and how she spoke about them. She had sent me videos, photos and general updates on the dog while I was waiting to pick her up. She was very responsive and worked with my wife and I the whole process.
