I'm Justin S., the breeder behind Pinnacle Farm and Kennel located in Sugar Valley, GA. Our dogs excel both in and out of the show ring. Our program was built with care and intention in every step. We are passionate about the health and wellbeing of these incredible breeds, and we want our program to be an example of how to responsibly breed high-quality, healthy dogs.

I purchased my first whippet when I was 16 years old. That started a passion that has taken me all over the world showing dogs.What makes your program special?
Breeding exceptional show dogs and wonderful family companions that are beautiful, healthy, and well adjusted is our life's passion. We have bred, owned and handled the top winning Whippet in AKC History. Our dogs have been featured on Good Morning America multiple times.Where do your breeding dogs live?

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Justin partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“All puppies will come with the following: - Application for AKC registration - Microchip enrollment form - Vaccine/worming record - Litter Vet Check - Health guarantee. We take deposits after a phone conversation with interested buyers to be certain they are ready to take on a new puppy.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
DNA Profile
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Justin is a great breeder. Responded quickly to my questions. Very clean establishment. They had great knowledge about the Lagottos. It was worth the trip to Georgia!! Lorenzo is very smart but does have an instinct to chew on my shoe - we are working on commands and he does very well so far. Such a joy to have. He is almost potty trained and loves to sleep in his crate with no problems all night long and has been doing so since 2 months old.

+5I had a great experience with Justin and his team. Yes, I was very nervous using this service at first because it was a totally new experience to look for a breeder. Once I found Pinnacle Farm and Kennel, I did more research via the American Kennel Club and even contacted the Atlanta Charter of the AKC. Justin is verified and well known in the community. Communication from Justin was great, they sent updates and replied back almost immediately when I had questions. The pick up process was very smooth and we met at the ATL airport. The puppy is beautiful, very intelligent, and well behaved. You can also tell the puppy has some socialization prior to coming home which helped a lot. The experience was so great, I will likely grab my second Italian Greyhound with Justin. 10/10 I recommend.

Had a good experience. Justin spent time talking about the breed, giving good advice and I sensed he cared about where the dog was going. The kennel seemed professionally run and the dogs were happy. Post sale the dog we received acted well-socialized with humans/dogs and expected kindness. Would go through Pinnacle farms again.
