I'm Amber L., the breeder behind Prosperity Guardians located in Prosperity, PA. As we bring in Spanish Mastiffs into our breeding program they are trained from the start in obedience training and interactive training with our livestock. They are all health-tested for hips, DNA, and overall health to ensure we are producing the happiest, healthiest pups.

Why did you start breeding?
We bought a small family farm a few years ago in PA where we fell in love with the Spanish Mastiff breed. We researched the breed for years as well as all the breeders who were raising this breed. We were excited to begin our own breeding program and have never looked back! We have a passion for excellence and healthy family pets, and are dedicated to furthering our education so that we can continue to improve our breeding program as well as share our knowledge with others!What makes your program special?
Our dogs are bred to produce healthy, sound, and versatile pups. Our ultimate goal is to produce athletic and well-structured canines that can excel within various performance venues and have the ability to be the greatest family companions. We pride ourselves on helping all of our clients find the right fit for their needs and lifestyle. We are passionate about Spanish Mastiffs, and our love for these dogs shines through in every aspect of our breeding program.Where do your breeding dogs live?

"This current litter is $2500.00 unless you want registration. Deposits are non-refundable & if payment isn't paid in full by 8wks (unless otherwise agreed upon) you could loss deposit & opportunity to purchase puppy if you fail to pay in full."

Program update on 18 Dec 2025 •…5 wks of age moved from whelping box in house to out in the barn. It was cold yesterday so they didn't get field exposure but will soon as it's warming somewhat up. Enjoying all the new space they have to roam

Parent health testing

Prosperity Guardians reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Spanish Mastiffs.
Hip Dysplasia , Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Genetic Diversity Test
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Amber was extremely knowledgeable about the breed and committed to finding good homes for her puppies. We were kept apprised of the litter status and the emerging disposition of all the puppies. And of course cute videos to help us find the one! Communication was great and her passion and love for animals really comes through.
