I'm Jan A., the breeder behind Rex Farm Corgis located in Harpursville, NY. We are lifelong dog enthusiasts, and we’re excited to share our passion and purpose with others through our breeding program. We just adore this breed and can't wait to share our love for them with you! We are passionate breeders and are dedicated to maintaining responsible breeding practices.   • Why did you start breeding?

    I am a lifelong corgi owner and breeding just fits very well into our farm life. We are always with our dogs.

  • What makes your program special?

    We put our heart into every puppy because I want you to have the puppy of your dreams! My greatest joy comes from happy puppy families. I work very hard to begin potty training, socializing and doing everything to make our puppy a perfect addition to your family. We consider our puppy families an addition to our family.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our American Corgi puppies are blue merle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

    I couldn't be happier with my experience with Jan from Rex Farm Corgis! We received a Pembroke Welsh Corgi from them, and it was clear from the start that this breeder is truly passionate about the breed and the well-being of their dogs. Throughout the process, Jan was incredibly communicative, checking in with me weekly and always taking the time to answer all my questions. I appreciated how transparent they were about the puppies’ upbringing, and I had the opportunity to meet the parents of the litter, Dino and Chloe, who had amazing temperaments. It was evident that both dogs were well-socialized and had wonderful behaviors, which gave me confidence in the breeder’s commitment to raising healthy, happy puppies. One of the things I really appreciated was how Jan shared their strategies for socializing the puppies with different people (of all ages), other dogs, and even other animals. They clearly care about providing a positive, balanced environment for the dogs. My puppy had already been introduced to crate and potty training, which made the transition to our home seamless. She adjusted incredibly quickly, and it was a relief to see how well-prepared she was for her new life with us. It’s clear that Jan truly loves and cares for each of their dogs, and they go above and beyond to ensure their puppies go to great homes.     Jan is one of the best breeders in the United States. She is very responsive and very good with her phone when it comes to clients and updates with the puppy! The Good Dog app was very easy to use and reliable! When I saw the picture of the corgi, I instantly knew she was the one!
