I cannot begin to thank Bette and Gary enough for giving us the best gift we could have asked for. My wife and I lost both of our 13-year-old Chihuahuas recently. After almost two years, we finally decided to bring another into our lives. We searched and searched and finally stumbled across our new family member. She looked exactly like Gizmo (from our favorite holiday movie, Gremlins!). We fell in love and immediately started corresponding with Bette and Gary. They were very receptive to all of our questions and concerns, whether through video chats, calls, or texts. They were so informative, sent constant updates, and reassured us of her good nature, playfulness, and loving personality. We felt very relieved knowing she was coming from such a good place. Despite being across the United States, we wanted to make this work. My wife and I were unable to take time away from work, so Bette and Gary helped schedule and coordinate her flight out to us. Gary flew with her all the way from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles. We were given plenty of updates and had constant communication throughout the entire process. Gary met my wife and I at LAX and was very informative about how her flight went and what our next steps should be. All paperwork, documentation thus far, and her puppy pack were provided. We parted ways, headed home with Gizmo and everything has been wonderful. We are so grateful to both Bette and Gary for everything. I cannot recommend them enough. You can absolutely tell that they truly care about and love what they are doing.

Bette was wonderful to work with! She really understands chihuahuas and it was obvious how much she loves them. I adopted Pinto a very tiny, absolutely adorable and loving 4 month old male. He’s already brought so much enjoyment to me and everyone who meets him!
