I'm Elizabeth R., the breeder behind RnRwires located in Camp Douglas, WI. Our dogs are bred to provide a healthy, happy, well-adjusted, four-legged family member. We believe that a structurally correct pet is equally as important as health testing. We show, hunt, and health test all of our dogs. It is important to us that we find a loving home for each of our dogs.

Why did you start breeding?
I was fortunate to have some wonderful mentors that entrusted me with a couple of amazingly special dogs. I want to do for others what they did for me.What makes your program special?
I have had some very successful dogs in both the show and hunting arena. I realize that the biggest success is having a special family member. I really feel that is where I do the best. That being said my favorite girl was the top producing female of 2019. I am very good at placing puppies in the correct home. It is about the right fit for the family.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA), Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
