I'm Kelly T., the breeder behind RockyRiverWhoodles located in Concord, NC. Our family raises hypoallergenic puppies in a warm, nurturing, home-based environment where health, temperament, and early socialization are top priorities. Each puppy receives attentive, hands-on care and is gently introduced to everyday sights and sounds to help build confidence and adaptability. We are committed to thoughtfully placing happy, healthy puppies into loving forever homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We started breeding because we wanted to share the joy and companionship our dogs bring us with others. Having had pets our whole lives, we know how special that bond is. Our goal is to raise healthy, happy puppies that will bring the same love and happiness to new families, creating lifelong connections just like ours.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our program is special because we raise puppies as family members, not just as a business. Our puppies receive Early Neurological Stimulation and gentle sensory enrichment, giving them a strong foundation for confidence, adaptability, and lifelong learning. They enjoy a loving home environment with plenty of early socialization, including exposure to everyday sounds and experiences. We’re not full-time breeders, so our focus is on quality, care, and matching healthy, happy puppies with loving families.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include brown, wheaten, cream, red, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kelly

Kelly has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Kelly partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Puppy prices reflect health, care, and lineage. Price includes first vaccinations and health checks. Contact us for current pricing. Deposit required to reserve your puppy. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy. This deposit secures your place on our waiting list and helps cover initial care costs. The remaining balance is due before or at pickup. If you change your mind, the deposit cannot be refunded but may be applied to a future litter within one year.”

Contract & health guarantee

Kelly may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     My experience with Kelly was absolutely amazing!!!!! She is a wonderful person and truly cares for the pups and the people searching for a new family member. Just a little more info. I had to have surgery, which conflicted with the scheduled pick up date. Kelly was so caring, and offered to hold my little boy until I was healed and able to come get him. I would recommend anyone looking for a Whoodle pup or uncertain of what breed to get, to seriously consider RockyRiverWhoodles. My little boy is so sweet and Kelly set him up for success by starting housebreaking, basic commands, and knowing his name!!!!
