I'm Elizabeth R., the breeder behind Rose In Vale Russell Terriers located in Royal Oaks, CA. I breed for temperament, health, and conformation. I show my dogs and DNA test the parents to breed the best Russell Terriers. I have taken on the responsibility of doing my part to make sure I am bettering the breed and breed to the standard.
Puppies are raised in my home, receive all vaccinations and worming in a timely manner. Pups are dog litter box trained and socialized.

“Limited AKC registration for pet puppies. This is a spay/neuter contract. Vaccinations are done appropriate for puppies age, worming and microchipped. Puppies can be returned, age, and reason determines if a discounted refund is warranted at the discretion of the breeder. Any trauma induced reason for return of pup voids refund in anticipation of medical needs, pup may be returned though.
Puppies are raised in the home, litter box trained, and also started on the leash if pup is old enough.”

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
