Our long- and short- coat dogs come in a variety of colors and raised as family. We focus on health, temperament, early socialization, and staying true to the breed standard.

Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding because of the passion and love I've always had for animals. That love grew into wanting to raise healthy, well-socialized puppies and give families the opportunity to welcome a wonderful companion into their homes.What makes your program special?
Our dogs and puppies are raised as part of our family with lots of love, attention, and socialization. We focus on health, temperament, responsible breeding practices, and staying try to the breed standard. Every puppy is raised with individual care to help give them the best possible start.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, merle, chocolate, white, cream and white, blue merle, black and white, black and tan, and black and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Shawna
Shawna has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Shawna partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price
“Price includes first vaccinations, deworming, a 2-year genetic health guarantee, and a puppy socialization. AKC registration is available only with the purchase of breeding rights. A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your selected puppy and is applied toward the total purchase price. The remaining balance is due in full before pickup.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
