I'm Angela & Andy K., the breeder behind Ruff-Wave(reg.) Portuguese Water Dogs located in Stamford, CT. A lot of effort goes into a breeding and raising a puppy for placement. We have always subscribed that each puppy is a gift. We put our heart and sole into each puppy so that it's 4Ever family, will have the best experience with their puppy that we had with each of our dogs.

We purchased our first PWD from Mrs. Miller, the original kennel, Farmion that introduced PWD's to the USA, and she mentored us.What makes your program special?

Getting a puppy from Angela & Andy
Angela & Andy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $250 refundable deposit and $3,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Our puppies are sold under a contract for their protection. Puppies are raised in our loving home till at least 10 weeks and generally approximately 12 in a litter setting. Puppies are Vet Checked, Have a CAER exam, are vaccinated current until they leave and are microchipped. They go home with a starter supply of the food we feed them.”
