I'm Angela & Andy K., the breeder behind Ruff-Wave(reg.) Portuguese Water Dogs located in Stamford, CT. A lot of effort goes into a breeding and raising a puppy for placement. We have always subscribed that each puppy is a gift. We put our heart and sole into each puppy so that it's 4Ever family, will have the best experience with their puppy that we had with each of our dogs.

“Our puppies are sold under a contract for their protection. Puppies are raised in our loving home till at least 10 weeks and generally approximately 12 in a litter setting. Puppies are Vet Checked, Have a CAER exam, are vaccinated current until they leave and are microchipped. They go home with a starter supply of the food we feed them.”
