I'm Debbie J., the breeder behind Sapphire Chihuahuas located in Manchester, CT. I am a small exhibitor and breeder of AKC Show Quality Chihuahuas. Although we breed primarily for show and for our next generation we do have quality pets available for the best of homes. Parents are OFA health tested and have their CHIC certificate for cardiac, patella's and eyes. Our goal is to produce Chihuahua puppies that adhere to the AKC breed standard in both structure and temperament.
