Q. & A. with Lori
Why did you start breeding?
We started like many with adopted dogs of all ages. Our family added dog sports for fun. Well, one dog just wasn't enough and we decided to add. A Schipperke is a unique breed in personality and we knew a breeder was our best choice. Through that experience we learned the benefits of good breeding using knowledge, love, and care . We ended up with a female and that was our start.
What makes your program special?
Our dogs and those we breed with are all tested. We take into consideration improving the standard of the breed along with the temperaments.
We strive to know each puppy as an individual, learning their personality and structure. Using this information and encouragement we strive to have well rounded and solid puppies. We also use to determine the right fit for our puppies and their families.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
