Meet the breeder

I'm Agasga C., the breeder behind Seven Sisters Canids located in Brimfield, MA. Seven Sisters Canids breeds for health and temperament, with a heavy emphasis on early socialization and desensitization. Our dogs live in our home, not a kennel environment, and we limit litters to ensure everyone's health and quality of life. SSC aims to raise the bar by being the first NAID breeder to fully health test all our breeding stock. Hip, elbow, patella, and eye OFA scores are public record and genetic testing is posted here. Our lines are known for laidback, family-friendly dogs; many of which have excelled in service work! They strike the perfect balance of drive and relaxation. Your SSC NAID can't wait to go hiking or skijoring with you but will also enjoy a lazy day on the couch.

Q. & A. with Agasga

  • Why did you start breeding?

I actually grew up breeding, learning about and aiding in the preservation of another rare breed. However, my own allergies became more severe over the years until the only breed I could still be around was my Native American Indian Dog. It was discouraging watching such special dogs and their owners suffer due to unethical breeding practices, resulting in avoidable health and behavioral problems. So I set out to try to change things and ensure these incredible lines are never lost.
  • What makes your program special?

My breeding program focuses on providing hypoallergenic family-friendly companions and outdoor adventure partners. Seven Sisters is most well known for specializing in raising and training service dogs. That means all of our pups get an exceptional head start and unparalleled socialization. We have also spearheaded multiple research projects into the breed's primitive genetics and uniquely low dander production. Working hard to set and raise the standard for future breeders, to ensure responsible practices as well as the preservation of healthy and authentic lines.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Agasa, was wonderful to work with. She is prompt, informative, and always answers any questions. She really cares about her dogs! The love just comes through! She gives you updates on your puppy and she stays in touch, to check on puppies after they go home. Good dog was great to work with, I had a problem when picking up my puppy with my charge card, they called me back immediately, and helped me resolve the issue! On a Sunday! Thank you! Would recommend this Breeder and Good Dog A+

I was very impressed with her knowledge and care for her dogs. She picked out what puppy would be best for me to train as a psychiatric service dog. She took into account both my needs and my wants for choosing the puppy. The puppy I got is showing lots of confidence with being exposed to new stimuli. Looking forward to watching him grow up.

Bringing our NAID into our family has been a life-changing experience, and I truly believe a big part of that was having such an incredible breeder to guide us through the journey. From the very beginning, Agasga, was not only professional but also warm, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to the well-being of her dogs and the families they go to. She was a wealth of information when it came to the unique needs of her breed. She provided detailed guidance on everything from the best diet and recommended food brands, to grooming and general care tips. I was also so appreciative of her suggestions on pet insurance options and training approaches specific to the breed’s temperament. Communication was always smooth. She was incredibly responsive, and no matter how many questions I had, she was patient, kind, and quick to get back to me. It’s clear Agasga puts her heart into what she does, and her NAIDs are raised with so much love and intention. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, supportive, and truly dedicated breeder. Thank you, Agasga!

Our puppy from Agasga is just so perfect. I'm really impressed with how well Agasga was able to match the puppy's personality with our family so she would fit right in with our current pack. Tulah Mina is just such a joy and makes a laugh with her antics every single day. She came home very well-socialized and is my husband's new SUP partner!

It has been about a month since we picked up Odin Ipapo and we could not be happier! From the beginning Agasga has been so informative about the NAID breed and what to expect. She worked with us to make sure the timing/match was right for both us and our puppy. I had concerns as a first time dog owner and the owner of two cats but she put my mind at ease by making sure Odin was the right fit for our family. She continues to support us and answer any questions we have as our little man grows. She sent us important information through email and we went home with a folder of vaccine information, training advice, and much more. We could not have asked for a better experience!
