I'm Sandra N., the breeder behind Sizzling Hot Vizsla's located in Blachly, OR. We’re proud of the healthy, affectionate, and behaviorally well-rounded puppies we raise for other families to love! We focus on the proper development of all our puppies because we know that each one is unique and deserving of undivided love and attention. Each puppy is bred, raised, and loved indoors to ensure health, happiness, and harmony at the start of its life. With our pups, beauty is a given, but producing healthy, loving, and versatile dogs are our true goal.

Why did you start breeding?
Our first Vizsla pair came to us in the mid 80's. We have been in love with the breed ever since.What makes your program special?
We have carefully integrated the best European lines with our dogs for four generations now. We strive to produce dogs that excel in temperament and conformational standard for the breed.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are golden rust. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Sandra
Sandra has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Sandra partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.
“Puppies are matched between 6-7 weeks old once temperament testing has been done. We do in person and zoom meetings for families. ”
Price
“Deposit of $300 and final payment of $2200. Includes prepaid AKC registration, micro-chip, docked tail, age-appropriate worming and shots, 60 days of health insurance plan and health guaranty. Deposit is refundable if puppy becomes unavailable for any unforeseen reasons such as an illness.”

Sandra may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
