I'm Hailey F., the breeder behind Spotted Jewels Dalmatians located in Jefferson, GA. Spotted Jewels Dalmatians is a small, family-based breeding program. We raise health- and genetic-tested short and long coat Dalmatians, including LUA lines, in our home with children, dogs, and cats. We focus on sound temperaments, proper socialization, and lifelong breeder support.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and naturally gravitated toward learning everything I could about them. My path into breeding was slow and intentional, built on years of hands-on experience, observation, and education. I didn’t rush into it — I waited until I felt confident, prepared, and committed to doing things the right way.

  • What makes your program special?

    My program is small and deeply personal. My dogs live in my home, not in kennels, and are part of everyday life. I’m highly involved in every stage, from early care to placement, and I value long-term relationships with my puppy families. I believe trust, honesty, and commitment set my program apart.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include white and liver brown and white and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Hailey

Hailey has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Hailey partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Each puppy goes home with registration paperwork, BAER hearing results, veterinary records, microchip registration, a two-year health guarantee, and a puppy bag. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Deposits are applied to the final purchase price and are transferable to another available puppy while we are actively breeding.”

Hailey may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    I’ve loved Dalmatians since I was little, I carried my Whizzer/Fidget plush with me to Disney and the grocery store! A google search brought me to Hailey and her family of pups as I began my search for a spotted friend of my own. I decided on Nyx, who was the runt of the litter—-a sign and a memory of our late Angel baby so I knew it was meant to be. Hailey was super easy to work with and arrange for transportation. Our boy Nyx, now named De Niro arrived on 01/23/26 and is already so well adjusted. You can tell Hailey treats all of her pups like family!

    My story started with seeing a picture that I absolutely fell in love with and just had to have!! I then wrote Hailey and she is very knowledgeable about Dalmatians and she responded instantly to my message. I was skeptical about buying a puppy online and then having him transported 10.5 hours by car. She explained to me the entire process and how good dog works. She kept me updated with my puppy Cassian pictures and how he was. Hailey sent me a message as the transporter picked up my puppy and a picture and they both kept me updated throughout the 10.5 hour drive. Hailey has the cutest puppies ever and the binder that came with him has so much information about the puppy. We love our sweet boy so much. He is such a happy puppy. Hailey has young children herself so I have a teen and a 2 year old so my puppy Cassian seemed to adjust just well here. He is going to be loved so much and we all are going to be FOREVER GRATEFUL for Hailey so again THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! If you are looking for a great family puppy don’t look any further.
