After searching for a dalmatian puppy for 6 months, I finally found the right breeder, Ashley with Sprinkled with Hearts Dalmatians. Of the breeders I had been in contact with, she was the most open, flexible, and kind. From the first time we talked it was clear she cared about her dogs and breeding well tempered and healthy puppies, and she was willing to work with me through the whole process. Even when circumstance made it such that my first choice puppy wasn't available - I wanted a female puppy specifically with bilateral hearing and LUA, I still took home the perfect puppy, which was important to me because it was such a big decision to add a dalmatian puppy to my family. Waya, the purple collar puppy from the 2024 litter, has been a wonderful puppy since bringing her home a few weeks ago. She is confident, yet sweet and cuddly. She came home having already started the socialization and training process. We were able to meet both of her parents at Ashley's home, and one of the other puppies as well, all of whom were very friendly and healthy looking. She came home with a goodie bag, all her paper work, and information to help make her transition into our family more pleasant. She has been a joy already and we can't wait to see how she grows. I know Ashley will stay in touch and I love being able to share pictures and tidbits with her as Waya grows and learns.
