Why did you start breeding?
We adopted our boy Buck (Mountain Myst Dream of the Arctic Wolf) in 2021. Not long thereafter, we looked at each other one day and said, "What would you think of breeding Northern Inuit dogs?" We discussed it with our breeder, who supported our getting the necessary training, and it all unfolded from there!What makes your program special?
Early Neurological Stimulation, “Puppy Culture”, and Volhard temperament testing. A 4-generation pedigree, health certificate, and documentation of all age-related medical procedures.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Linda
Linda has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $250 deposit and $4,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Contract, 4-gen. pedigree, genealogical chart, health certificate, 1st round of vaccinations, microchipping, medical records, NIIU registration, care instructions, blanket, 1 week food, treats, toys. $250 non-refundable deposit. Once we know a litter is healthy and can be assigned to folks on the waiting list, we ask for 50% of purchase fee ($2,125), with balance ($2,125) due at pick-up.”

About Willow
Willow is half Northern Inuit and half a mix of Alaskan Malamute-German Shepherd-Siberian Husky-Samoyed. She is a foundation dog for the American Northern Inuit Dog line, and part of the Northern Inuits International Unleashed Gene Pool Preservation Program. By adding dogs representatives of breeds brought together to develop the original Northern Inuit dog breed, we are diversifying the breed gene pool while not altering the component dogs, reducing health risks associated with inbreeding, and ensuring the longevity of the breed. Willow is part of this project. She is somewhat shy, but curious, engaged, affectionate and cuddly.

About Shelby
Shelby is what is known as a "fluffy". She is sweet, affectionate, and never met a treat she didn't like. She is a fantastic mother and is now best play pal to her son Oken. When he is old enough, he will join our breeding program as well.

About Buck
Buck still thinks he is a lapdog, and loves to cuddle. He is gentle with the puppies, smaller dogs, and children, and generally easy going. (Not to say that he doesn't have opinions, is not shy about vocalizing them!) He is a prize-winning example of our breed standard.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Linda was wonderful to work with. She placed great care and attention into her animals and her program. I enjoyed visiting and getting to know the pups, the parents, the relatives, and of course the Linda herself.
