Standing Stone Boerboels

Kona is our resident hooligan, social butterfly, and unapologetic life-of-the-party! She knows no strangers and has never met an adventure she didn’t want to join. Her partner in crime is none other than Locca, and when these two get together, you’d better hold onto your hat—think The Banger Sisters: rock ’n’ roll, endless shenanigans, and enough personality to keep the entire farm entertained. Beneath Kona’s larger-than-life personality is a Boerboel with a wonderfully social and affectionate temperament. She brings an unmistakable joy to everything she does and has the confidence and character we value in our dogs. Kona has also proven herself as a producer, consistently passing along her exceptional temperament and gorgeous pigment to her offspring. We are especially grateful that many of her finest qualities are strongly influenced by her sire, allowing her to carry forward those traits while adding her own unique character to the next generation. Kona is exactly the kind of Boerboel who leaves an impression—not simply because of her presence, but because of her personality. She is equal parts character, companion, and producer, and we are proud to have her as part of the Standing Stone Boerboels program.

Locca is the undeniable party girl of the farm and the beloved class clown of the family! She is the self-appointed ring leader of every shenanigan, bringing an infectious personality and endless entertainment wherever she goes. Behind all the antics is one of the sweetest temperaments we have ever had the privilege of owning. Locca is exceptionally affectionate, people-oriented, and wonderful with children. She has a natural ability to connect with her family and thrives in the heart of our home. When the day winds down, Locca is exactly where you would expect her to be—right beside the kids, happily claiming her spot on the couch for movie night, surrounded by her favorite people and ready for all the snuggles. Locca embodies the temperament we value so highly in the Boerboel: confident yet affectionate, playful yet composed, and deeply devoted to her family. She is truly a joy to live with and an unforgettable personality within the Standing Stone Boerboels family.

Riatta brings an exceptional combination of height, femininity, and overall structural correctness to Standing Stone Boerboels. She possesses the presence and elegance we value in a future show and breeding prospect, while maintaining the substance and balance expected of the breed. We are especially excited to watch Riatta mature and begin her journey in the AKC show ring, where we look forward to showcasing her quality, movement, and developing presence. Riatta is currently being evaluated as a future prospect while she awaits her official health certifications, including the completion of recommended orthopedic and genetic testing. Her future within our program will be determined as she matures and her evaluations are completed. We believe Riatta has the potential to make a meaningful contribution to the next generation at Standing Stone Boerboels, and we are excited to watch her continue to develop into the exceptional female we believe she can become.

Gunner is an extremely gentle-natured giant with an impeccable sense of genuine devotion to his humans. Gunner is an incredible member of our family and program, offering many fine qualities in structure, temperament, and health. His eagerness to keep our family entertained with his silliness and shenanigans is an added bonus! Gunner is a giant baby around his family, yet when his job is to protect our acreage and family, he is well-rounded in enforcing boundaries while maintaining control and recall. Gunner is a delightfully intelligent stud who is always eager to learn new commands. He thrives in various enrichment activities, including agility, swimming, keeping an eye on our livestock, and the occasional badger hunt! Gunner lives here with our family, and we are beyond grateful to his breeder for trusting us with top-tier genetics, as well as to the breeders behind him for preserving and offering the United States some of the finest genetics to date!

Nicco is an impressive boy who offers a ton of potential to our program! Nicco is his mama’s shadow keeper — always present and ready for a game of tug or a good snooze on a warm summer day in the Wyoming sun! He’s a goofball for the ladies, yet he has that serious, business-man edge to him! Nicco is a moderately large, athletic guy with correct structure. He comes from spectacular genetics, proven in health, temperament, and proper structure. He is, without a doubt, one of our favorites here at Standing Stone Boerboels!
