I'm Briana B., the breeder behind Sunset Eves Chihuahuas located in Oakwood, GA. We do our best to breed with total care by primarily focusing on raising healthy, affectionate, loyal companions. We’re positive our puppies will become perfect family members and add just as much joy to your life as they have ours! All our puppies are raised around our children and our other pets.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    A friend of mine is also a breeder and over 6 years ago she helped me start my breeding program. I’ve worked so hard to build my program! I pour my heart and soul into my Dogs and the puppies. I strive extremely hard to produce happy, healthy, pure bread puppies.

  • What makes your program special?

    I typically only breed twice a year. I spend a lot of time with all my dogs and they are apart of my family FIRST! All my puppies are daily socialized with my kids and my other dogs. They all get one on one time and skin on skin time. I think that makes a difference with their temperament & development. My dogs get the best care, best food and the best Vitamins! My adult dogs are health tested!

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have long coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include merle, chocolate, blue merle, black and tan, cream and white, chocolate and tan, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Briana

Briana has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $1,500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price of puppy includes full vet/health check, deworming, first round of vaccinations, 1 year health guarantee (guarantee is covered in my contract), AKC or CKC registration and puppy socialization! You also receive a puppy pack with your puppy's vet\health records, toys, a sent blanket, and some informational goodies from me, also a small bag of food that your puppy has been eating. We require a non-refundable 1,500 deposit on all puppies.”
