We are dedicated to producing happy and healthy dogs, and we strive to continuously improve our knowledge in all aspects of our program. Our lives are dedicated to our dogs, and we put our time, energy, and love into providing the best environment possible in which to raise our beautiful Chihuahuas.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We care about the Chihuahua breed and do everything in our power to breed sound dogs in order to ensure we’re producing healthy and happy puppies. Our puppies health and wellbeing is our main priority. We devote our time, energy, and efforts to each litter to ensure our puppies are properly socialized from the moment they are born and prepared to excel in their forever homes.
  • What makes your program special?

    We are a selective program that focuses on temperament and the overall well-being of our dogs. We breed to produce happy and healthy puppies that can continue to excel in their forever homes. Our breeding program strives to maintain the unique characteristics of the breed while placing an emphasis on producing Chihuahuas of superior health, temperament, and conformation. We love what we do and truly want the very best for our puppies and their forever families.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Tracy

Price

Puppy prices include a $1,000 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Also included is a health guarantee, veterinary exam, puppy socialization, and AKC limited registration (provided once the pet is spayed/neutered). Deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be applied towards another puppy.”
