I'm Kristen J., the breeder behind Tenderheart Chihuahuas located in Goffstown, NH. Focus on temperament, health and conformation of our breeding dogs to produce amazing companion puppies! We practice early neural stimulation and are holistic as possible to give your pup a great start in life, pad training is started, pups fully weaned, vetted and UTD on vaccines for age. Call.

    We breed for our own enjoyment and the betterment of the breed, puppies that we may have for sale help offset costs of raising and keeping the program going.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include fawn brindled black, fawn and white, black and tan, and chocolate and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Standard Veterinary Blood Panel

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Full Embark Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
