Meet the breeder

I'm Karli A., the breeder behind The Artman Family located in Tennessee, IL. At Artman Family Sheepadoodles, we thoughtfully raise F1B standard Sheepadoodles in our home with an emphasis on structure, socialization, and confident temperaments. Our parent dogs are health tested, and we provide ongoing support to every family.

Q. & A. with Karli

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our journey into breeding started simply because we truly love dogs. What began as a passion for raising and caring for them grew into a desire to do it the right way—focusing on health, temperament, and responsible breeding. We wanted to provide families with well-raised, confident companions and support them every step of the way.
  • What makes your program special?

What makes our breeding program special is the hands-on care and intention behind every litter. Our puppies are raised in our home, not a kennel, and are given early socialization, structure, and daily interaction from day one. We prioritize health-tested parents, calm temperaments, and ongoing support for our families so each puppy has the best possible start in life.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
