I'm Carmen R., the breeder behind The Chihuahua's Roar located in Pennsylvania. It is my goal to produce adorable, affectionate Chihuahua puppies that are healthy, well-tempered, and make wonderful companions. I love this wonderful breed and can't imagine sharing my life without them. I am always working to further my education so that I can continue to improve my breeding program. I truly want the best for my puppies and their forever families.
