I bought Envy, a chihuahua, from the Yorkie n’ Chihuahua Haus in February 2026. OMG, Envy is absolutely perfect! Envy was a dog that Amy bred to continue her line of Chihuahuas, but she ended up being too small, only 3 1/2 pounds, and that is not safe to breed for a female dog. So she was not able to keep her as one of her breeders and I lucked out! Envy was 14 months when Amy put her up for sale, and because of that she was able to describe her personality very well. Envy is my sixth Chihuahua, my last three have been older rescue pups, and I needed an emotional break from how hard it can be to work with a dog that has previously not had a good experience in life…. to put it nicely:-( Amy does all the socialization and stimulation required while the pup is very young, and I didn’t even know that was a thing till I started looking into breeders. Envy is the most secure dog I’ve ever met. She loves everyone. Even little babies as young as one years old she is amazing with. Very big dogs, she is great with. Not that the helicopter mom in me lets her hang out with babies and big dogs, but I’ve seen her interact with both of them, and she has no fear, is gentle, and well adjusted. Envy basically LOVES everyone. I also noticed loud sounds don’t bother her. I’ve never had a dog who was not scared of a vacuum cleaner. I have to physically remove Envy when I am vacuuming because she couldn’t care any less about the noise. I had forgotten what it was like to have such an easy dog. The last time was almost 25 years ago, when I got the dog at 7 weeks old, so it must’ve faded from my memory. If you want a happy, healthy dog that is well adjusted socially, emotionally and mentally, then I would look into adopting from Amy. I am contemplating getting Envy a sibling next year, and I will be looking here first. PS I changed Envy’s name to Gianna, but you can still see her picture under Envy on the GoodDog website.

Love love our new puppy. You could tell by his behavior that he had been treated very well. Amy was helpful even when our original contract fell through because of an accident with our original puppy. But we received the sweetest little guy. If you want a premium dog with premium service, rely on Amy.
