I'm Tara M., the breeder behind Tiddlewink Chi's located in Madill, OK. We do our best to socialize and acclimate each litter so we’re able to offer all-around healthy and well-mannered puppies! We decided to take our love for this breed to the next level by breeding our incredible dogs. We hope our puppies bring lots of joy and love into the hearts of their new families!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My love for this breed and my work in the Veterinary field and my want to better this breed is why I am choosing to breed these babies.

  • What makes your program special?

    Not only will I have a DNA/Disease panel performed on each puppy, I will make certain that they are absolutely 100% healthy before going home. Any flaws that may occur in my puppies, they will go home with a spay/neuter contract and be sold as pets only.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have long coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate, blue merle, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Tara

Tara has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $600 - $3,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"Price includes guarantee, AKC registration, Microchip, vaccinations. Deposit will be applied to final purchase price and is non-refundable, unless puppy is found to have a serious health concern."

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

You can tell she truly loves and cares for her puppies. When I picked up my little Chi, he was so sweet, healthy, and well-socialized. She even sent us home with toys, food, a potty pad for the road, and a folder with all of his information; such a thoughtful touch! I got weekly pictures and videos (even multiple times a week) which made my day every time I saw them! I’m so grateful for all of her time and care.     I had such a wonderful experience working with Tara. She has an extensive background with the Chihuahua breed and so much knowledge! She is very kind and kept us up-to-date on practically every move our little guy made. We named our puppy before he came home and Tara and her family practiced calling our puppy what we named him.
