Time Enough at Last (TEAL) Teddy Roosevelt Terriers

Jillian B.

Breeder of Teddy Roosevelt Terriers

Meet the breeder

I'm Jillian B., the breeder behind Time Enough at Last (TEAL) Teddy Roosevelt Terriers located in Davenport, IA. We are focused on genetic diversity, health, and the future of the breed. My first Teddy was my first well-bred, purebred dog and my first show dog. I compete with my dogs in conformation, FastCAT, and barn hunt, but we are always trying new things. I am working closely with my breeder mentor to focus on health and genetic diversity, and I am looking forward to the future of the breed.

Q. & A. with Jillian

  • Why did you start breeding?

I have been very fortunate to have several excellent mentors in Teddies and in the world of conformation. Through their guidance, I determined that I wanted to contribute to the future of the breed.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black and white, chocolate and white, and white and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
