Why did you start breeding?
I got my first Coonhound as a pet seven years before I decided I had done enough research and spoken with enough mentors to be able to do the breed justice in my own breeding program. I love the breed enough that I feel compelled to educate pet owners and continue their stories in history.What makes your program special?
We believe in evaluating the physical structure of our dogs on an individual basis and using that information to make educated choices in our breeding decisions. We health screen our dogs to ensure that we are giving each potential puppy the best possible odds at a long and healthy life with their families.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Paige
Paige has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Paige partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.
“Puppies cannot be evaluated until 8 weeks old due to some of my puppies being destined for show homes, but at 7 weeks I can usually determine if I have front runners or ones that are definitely destined for pet homes. I notify the families along the way if I have ideas of which puppy or puppies may be the right fit for them based on their needs. ”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
