I'm Brian & Jenna O., the breeder behind Two Gun Kennels located in Spokane, WA. We are dedicated to the Spinone Italiano, & Drentsche Patrijshond. We strive to create beautiful, companion hunters who are able & willing to work in the field day after day, as well as excel in a wide range of sports & adventurous activities. Focusing on health, temperament, & correct conformation.

Why did you start breeding?
Drents & Spinoni are some of the best kept secrets in the Sporting Dog world. The Drent is an amazing, intelligent, athletic, and healthy rare breed which is probably the dog you never realized you needed! Growing the Drent has been at the heart of our intentions now for nearly 20 years. We are leveraging our nearly two decades of breeding experience to offer exceptional Spinoni on occasion.What makes your program special?
We have created over 65% of the domestic Drent population. Produced Drents with all manor of titles: NAVHDA NA , UT. AKC: CMs, Nose Work, Tracking, Fit Dog, JH, and more. Additionally, for the Drent we have exclusive rights on several exceptional foreign studs, ensuring our program viability for the next 15 years. We apply the same level of care and attention to detail with our Spinone program!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Drentsche Patrijshond puppies are white and brown. Spinone Italiano puppies include white, white and orange, and orange roan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

About Ila
Ila has a ton of drive and loves birds. At just 6 months of age, she was steady to wing, shot, fall, and release. Additionally, she sports one of the most stylish points we've seen from a Drent. Ila loves to swim and has a natural retrieve. She is highly intuitive, intelligent, comedic, and is a master of canine communication, winning over any and all dogs she meets. She's a hoot to be around in the home and in the field. In short, she was born to be a traveling wing shooter's companion - Made for Adventure! Ila has been successful on the following species of upland birds: Ruffed, Spruce, Sharptailed, Sage, and Blue grouse. Mearns, Valley, Gambles, Scaled, and Mountain quail. As well as Chukar, Hungarian Partridge, and Pheasant. She gets on average 70 days per season hunting wild birds per season and has professionally guided clients for a well known Orvis Endorsed outfitter. Ila is also the first and only female Drent to win multiple Bests in AKC Open Show (Title is Best in Open Conformation - BIOC) and earn an AKC Certificate of Merit all through some very limited showing. About Fizzy
Fizzy is truly a versatile Spinoni. She's been very successful in the show ring and also the field. She also loves children and has been a wonderful juniors (and peewee) dog for Brian's son the past 3 summers. Fizz spends part of the year traveling to shows and the other months of the year hunting wild birds in WA, OR, MT and AZ. She has been utilized by professional guiding outfits in Oregon and Arizona. Her favorite activities including swimming in her pond, "gardening" in the backyard, and winning over everyone she meets. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
