Why did you start breeding?
After I got my first Mastiff, I knew I needed another. This lead to learning about AKC shows. I was then bit by the show bug and the next logical step was to learn all about breeding.
What makes your program special?
Our puppies are not only cherished family members, but they are also active in many activities. They are AKC Canine Good Citizens, Canine Good Citizen Advanced, Therapy Dog International, Rally Novice, Rally Advanced, Rally Excellent Beginner Novice Obedience, Temperament Testing, Novice Jumpers, Novice Standard Agility, AKC Champions, and International Champions as well.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, fawn, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Shannon
Shannon has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price includes a non-refundable $500 deposit. All of our puppies will be sold on a contract as well as being been fully vetted, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and well-socialized. Deposits are taken after the puppies are 4 weeks of age. The deposit is to hold a puppy for you and starts the placement process. We work with you to choose the best puppy suited for your family.”

About Demelza
Demelza is a female Mastiff. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Shannon decided to make her part of their program. Shannon has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.
Parent health testing

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Disease Panel, Full Embark Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
