I'm Eve H., the breeder behind Von Major Sheds located in Oklahoma. The German shorthair is the true versatile hunting dog. We decided to start our breeding program to preserve and improve our lines. All of our dogs are proven working dogs but also family companions. We are dedicated to improving our lines with each generation we produce. Our passion is in puppy raising. We start setting our puppies up for success from day one of life. We start Early Neurological Stimulation at day 4 and follow the socialization program Puppy Culture program. Puppies also are given breed specific socialization such as introduction to water, live birds and gun fire before they go home. Please be aware that we only sell to hunting and sport homes.

Where do your breeding dogs live?

Eve has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

"$200 deposit non refundable deposit. We only accept deposits based on accepted puppy applications. Your deposit is taken after puppies are born but does not reserve a specific puppy."
Eve may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Eve offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Eve directly.
You can drive or fly to pick up your puppy from Eve.
