It is a privilege to be able to help families experience the joy, snuggles, laughs, and loyalty of welcoming a chihuahua pup into their lives! We strive to produce healthy, intelligent, socialized, and good tempered puppies that are able to integrate comfortably into a variety of environments.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate, cream, fawn, black sabled fawn, fawn brindled black, red and white, fawn and white, cream and white, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Marie

Marie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $650 non-refundable deposit and between $3,150 - $3,850 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Puppies are evaluated individually and prices are based on quality, size, color, gender, etc. Included: Microchip, AKC limited registration, vet check, initial vaccinations, and a puppy go-home pack. Deposit is refundable only if pup becomes ill, badly injured, or dies while under our care. You can choose a refund or to transfer deposit to another available pup of your choice for up to 1 year.”

Marie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Getting my puppy from Wild Mountain Chihuahuas has been a true blessing in my life. I just had lost my 15 years old chihuahua when I found Wild Mountain Chihuahuas. Marie has helped me prepare for my puppy in so many ways, not only is she professional and extremely knowledgeable but she is a sensitive and compassionate person. I have learned so much thanks to her that when my puppy arrived I felt so confident that he felt at home right away. She not only spent time making sure of the good breeding of the dogs, their health but also their entire development. The environment she created for her puppies is full of love, support and attention. My puppy arrived home and I can see how much love and work she had put in with her dogs thru his behavior. He is a confident, smart, clean, loving little 2lbs fluff. This is definitely one of the best things that's happened to me on many levels, I have now a beautiful, loving little friend helping me heal and I also feel that I have so much support from Marie in learning and helping my puppy grow into the best dog he can be.
