I'm Dené H., the breeder behind Wild Prairie Chihuahuas located in Fargo, ND. We raise our dogs with love in our home. We have high expectations for our pups and strive to put each one into a loving family. We’re a small-scale program with a big love for our pups! Our dogs are our passion, and we enjoy spreading the love of Chihuahuas with other individuals and families by responsibly breeding our incredible dogs.

Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Disease Panel, DNA Profile, D Locus (Dilute) DNA test
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

+4Dené has been very supportive the entire process of us getting a puppy from her. She provided a lot of information and assistance. The puppy packs she sends home are wonderful with a lot of care and consideration goes into it. She was willing to meet us to help with drive miles and puppy came clean with fresh cut nails. She is very kind and will help in many ways for you to adjust to your new puppy.
