I'm Betty R., the breeder behind WindRiver Lagottos located in Denver, CO. We believe in health testing all of our breeding dogs and only including those dogs that are of proper type for the breed standard with a solid temperament. All the pups we breed are raised in our home. All puppies are given DNA testing before they go home and will receive results.

Price
“The price includes the guarantee AKC registration, First round of shots, deworming, puppy socialization. All puppies will be DNA tested before they go home and will receive the results. If there is not a puppy available I will refund the deposit.”

About Rainey
Rainey has been known as Ms. Perfect since she was a little puppy. Unlike most lagotto she did not get into alot of trouble. She is a Bronze grand champion and has titles behind her name so she is just not just a pretty face. She h as titles in dock diving, fast cant and comapnion dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Disease Panel, Lagotto Storage Disease (LSD), Benign Familial Juvenile Epilepsy (BFJE)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
