Buyer Protection and Support

What is the Buyer Protection & Support Fee?

Buyers can choose to pay on Good Dog with zero fees or purchase Good Dog Protection & Support for a small fee. Buyers who choose to pay with Protection & Support are backed by the Good Dog Guarantee which includes access to Good Dog’s Puppy Training Program and exclusive discounts on puppy essentials from Chewy, Rover, Barkbox, and more.

Protection & Support doesn't impact the amount you get paid. You'll still receive your full puppy payment, regardless of whether or not your Good Dog buyer has Protection & Support.
