Messaging in the app
The Good Dog Breeder App lets you communicate easily with buyers on-the-go!
To send a message via the Good Dog Breeder App, follow the steps below:
- Tap Inbox on the bottom of the screen
- Tap the contact you would like to message with or search for them in the search by name box
- Type your message in the Write a message box at the bottom
- Click ➢ or the Enter/Return key on your keyboard to send
From this screen, you’ll also have a several options from the + Compose menu to the left of your message
Tapping the + button, you will see options to send videos/photos, documents, request an application from a buyer, send a payment request directly in your conversation, and more!
To send photos/videos privately to a buyer, follow the steps below:
- Tap the + button
- Select from the following options:
🐾 Camera
🐾 Photo/Video Library
To match your buyer with a litter or puppy from the . . . button, in the top right corner, and follow the steps below:
- Tap the Assign to litter or puppy button
- From the drop-down menu under Litter, tap the litter you'd like to match with your buyer
- Under Puppies, select the specific puppy from the litter you would like to match
NOTE: If you would rather not match a specific puppy, tap I’ll pick a puppy later
4. Add an optional message if you like and then tap Confirm Match
To request a payment in an open conversation, follow the steps below:
- Tap the request payment button
- Enter the amount, category of payment, due date and attach an optional message
- Tap Send payment request
To add a document in an open conversation, tap the document button and select the file from your drive that you would like to send.
