Removing messages in the app

If you no longer need the message thread between you and an applicant, you can “delete” the message by archiving it.

Doing this will remove the message from your inbox and store it in your Archived section.

Breeders do NOT receive notification of new messages in archived conversations. 


To archive a conversation from your Inbox, follow the steps below:
  1. Tap Messages at the bottom of the screen
    ​​​​​​
  2. Swipe left on the conversation you want to archive
    ​​​​​​
  3. Tap Archive


To archive a conversation from the message thread:
  1. Tap on the conversation you would like to archive
    ​​​​​​
  2. Choose the "..." button in the top-right corner (by contact's name)
    ​​​​​​
  3. Tap Archive conversation

    ​​​​​​
    NOTE: A message will appear asking if you are sure you would like to archive the message
    ​​​​​​
  4. Tap Archive to confirm


NOTE: If you would like to completely block a user from contacting you, or report a conversation because you feel it is a violation of our Terms of Service, you can choose "Block user" or "Report conversation".
