Collect Payment In Person

Easily collect payments in person using the Good Dog mobile app, mobile web browser, or by sharing your payment link (URL). Check out this video or follow the steps below.

1. In the Mobile App
From the “payments” tab, click request payment and follow the prompts to send a payment request. You can also click Start in-person payment from your payments tab. Your unique QR code will show on your screen for your buyer to scan and complete payment or click ‘Share’ to send via email/text/airdrop your to your buyer to complete the payment.

2. From Mobile Web
From the Payments Section of your dashboard or the active message thread with your buyer click ‘request payment’, follow the prompts to send a request to your buyer.

3. Share your payment link
Share your secure payment link (found in the Payment Section) with your buyer and they can send you a payment.

Once the payment is successfully completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation and the funds will be transferred to your preferred payout method.
