Sample Contract: Full Registration Puppy Sale

Full Registration Purchase Agreements are used when a puppy/dog is being sold with full registration, which allows show and breeding rights on the puppy/dog. These types of agreements are typically only used for breeders or conformation exhibitors, so if someone is purchasing the dog and does not intend to breed them, a limited registration purchase agreement will usually suffice*. In certain instances, the buyer may prefer to use a non-breeding purchase agreement with full registration (our template is coming soon!)

*Note: If you also sell dogs to Canadians, please note that dogs that will be registered with the Canadian Kennel Club must be sold with full registrations.
