Sample Contract: Guardian Home

A guardian home agreement allows someone other than the breeder to have possession, provide physical care and supervision for a breeder's dog. The breeder retains ownership, including the right to breed the dog, but may choose to transfer ownership to the guardian at a specific point in time.
