I'm Steve & Kim P., the breeder behind 7OaksK9 located in Starkville, MS. We and our dogs are blessed to live on over 500 acres where we have access to terrain from flat and open to rolling dense forest. Our dogs are an integral part of our lives and can be found in both of our homes - the main house as well as our other home with them in their K9Haven.
Q. & A. with Steve & Kim
What makes your program special?
Our breeding dogs have proven themselves highly adaptable to most any environment and are bred to the highest standard in the world. Every ancestor in their pedigrees have earned working titles (SchH, IPO2, IGP) with many having show ratings of distinction of V and SG. Though their titles and papers are impressive, it it ultimately the naturally steady, reliable demeanor and ability of each individual dog that matters! All have met our high standard for health testing.
Our puppies are innately ready to learn and perform multiple obedience commands even as early as seven weeks as they function in the capacity for which they were originally bred. Our goal is to maintain and preserve these natural innate qualities in combination with vibrant health and longevity.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have stock coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are sable. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
