I'm Anna H., the breeder behind 818 Yorkies located in Los Angeles, CA. We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and we do everything we can to make sure that they get the best lives possible. That includes everything from choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. We strive to provide each of our puppies and their families with a truly positive experience!

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include gold, liver, chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, parti, tan, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Anna

Anna has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"The price includes registered puppy, docked tails, dewclaws, 1st set of shots and a puppy kit. If something happens to the puppy, the deposit can go towards a future puppy or service. Once a deposit is received, weekly pictures, videos or FaceTime are available."

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

    Anna is a very hands-on breeder and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She even provided all of Zeus’s documentation in a custom bag, along with a bag of dog food to help during the first few weeks. It has been almost two months since we received Zeus from Anna, and he is a bundle of loving energy. He is mischievous, affectionate, and very curious. We absolutely love him!

    Anna was wonderful to work with as we got our second Yorkie, Hershey, from her. Anna was very responsive and kind with the whole process. We got regular updates from Anna as well as pictures and videos showing us Hershey’s growth. Anna even went the extra mile and met us closer to our home so that we can pick up Hershey earlier for our boys (as this was their Christmas gift). We are super happy with Hershey and she is getting along real well with our first Yorkie, Snickers.

    Anna was absolutely fabulous about corresponding with me regarding my new little puppy Lucy. She bought puppy food I would use and sent pictures on a regular basis. When I picked Lucy up, she had a bag of food, a dog bed, a cute toy, all the veterinarian paperwork as well as my puppies lineage. I was able to see her parti puppies and the gorgeous puppies that were just welled two days ago. So precious. I also want to say Lucy is very calm, using the puppy pads very well and the transition has been wonderful. She seems to favor her daddy over me, but I’m gonna work on that! We will be getting another puppy in three months and Anna is definitely someone I would get another puppy from.
