Why did you start breeding?
Our search for a show potential Rhodesian Ridgeback began after we moved to the Texas Hill Country. Our ridgebacks came from a family friend, a former South African Olympic swimmer, coached by my Grandfather, who moved to TX. Our first show dog came from Heshima ya Kimba, Port Elizabeth, SA. We waited 1.5 yrs for a pick puppy, a beautiful dark little girl, "Selah", who had 3 lovely litters.What makes your program special?
Our foundation dogs were imported from South Africa, Australia, Israel, France & Germany after years of studying pedigrees, progeny, breeders and kennels and choosing specific bloodlines and characteristics we wanted to bring to the USA. Originally from South Africa we are committed to keep the history, standard and legends of the early breeders and ridgebacks alive.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are rd whtn blk nose. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
