I'm Nancy L., the breeder behind Almaboubin Sloughis located in Carson City, NV. We offer sound DNA tested Sloughis from healthy European lines for your show, performance, and companion consideration. We are breeders who do everything we can to better the breed and ensure our dogs and puppies are able to get the very most out of life. We love our dogs and know you will too! And our dogs ARE family members. We do not have kennels.

Why did you start breeding?
As a teen, my parents had Cairns, and I learned to handle for them. As we finished our Cairns, the natural progression was to breed our own dogs. As I worked and started a family, I traveled around the US and other countries, showing my dogs, and those of others. As I got older, I began to venture to Europe, where I became interested in Terriers on a deeper level and became interested in Hounds and settling on Sloughis, began researching the breed quite carefully. I have traveled to several countries and met breeders to assure they offer excellent quality dogs.What makes your program special?
What makes Almaboubin dogs special is that I have researched the breed for many years before actually breeding. I decided to wait to find reputable, conscientious breeders both here and abroad to use as foundation stock.Where do your breeding dogs live?
