Meet the breeder

I'm Cindy L., the breeder behind Alpen Daydream Bernese located in Franklin, TN. Our girls are imported from Europe with exceptional pedigrees. Rika is a Grand Champion, and Eva is a Champion. Both girls earned their AKC Temperament Test designation. Our dogs are house dogs, participate in Conformation shows and scent work classes. Check our social media for updates!

Q. & A. with Cindy

  • Why did you start breeding?

It has been our ambition to improve the breed by importing European girls with strong pedigrees, and finished them in AKC Conformation classes, as well as scent work and temperament testing. Our first litter, born May 10, 2023, gave us 10 beautiful puppies - 9 girls and 1 boy. Each girl has well established lineage with champion lines throughout.
  • What makes your program special?

Our girls are imported and come from well known kennels in Europe, with champion ancestry and known for longevity and strength. Each has been lovingly trained and shown, and enjoy the life of beloved house dogs. All our dogs live inside with us, including the puppies of course! Each prospective home is carefully selected.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
