Lucy is four years old and completely pet-trained. She is a companion dog that has great manners. Kennel trained potty trained and sits and waits for her food and gives you five to say thank you. I have spent the last 4 months letting her hang out with us and our pack and she is doing great. Shehas a sweet personality and is a snuggle enthusiast who enjoys the game of fetch. Lucy would be a perfect addition to a loving home looking for an adult dog. Lucy's parents are onsite with me. Her mother is OFA. Lucy has a long life left ahead of her.

My journey began in the trenches: years of boots-on-the-ground rescue work and daily life with GSDs. That immersion forged my love for the breed and still fuels my passion today. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Temperament Test
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

I would definitely recommend American Viking GSD to anyone looking for a German Shepherd. Ken was great to work with he was very informative and shows he truly cares for his puppies. I’m very impressed with my puppies temperament and he just had his first vet visit and he is in great health. He will keep you up to date and take the time to answer any questions you may have. He will also make it a point to spend time with you at the time you pick up your puppy to allow you to meet the puppies Mom and Dad so you can get a sense of their temperament. I would definitely buy another puppy from him again.
