I'm Valarie C., the breeder behind Angyal Haz Pulik located in Kingfield, ME. We are a small breeder that strives to breed healthy, happy Puli that improve and strengthen the breed. Each litter is planned with the goal of excellent temperament, health, structure and true puli characteristics. The Puli is a special ancient breed. Our gaol is to preserve all that make them special.

Why did you start breeding?
After researching we traveled back to Hungary to meet our breeder and pick out our first puppy. Our foundation Pulik all came from Szentmihalyi - Szabo Puli kennel in Hungary. Szentmihalyi is St. Michael the Arc Angel. And we truly feel our 3 Pulik are angels from Hungary, and named our Kennel Angel House or Angyal Haz.What makes your program special?
My Puli are above all our companions. They live with us in our home so they can get the attention they desire. Our family is all involved with showing, care, and training. With each litter, we will pick only the best homes for these special babies. I am always happy to help with information about the breed.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Valarie
Valarie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Breeder-Reported Testing
Excellent level
Angyal Haz Pulik reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Pulik.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
