Bred for a purpose, only when I am looking for a new dog for myself. I look for a dual-purpose Whippet that can win in the show ring and on the field plus be wonderful to live with. Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
