I'm Jessica E., the breeder behind Arcaniss Borzoi located in Sherwood, OR. I purchased my first borzoi over 20 years ago. I took a break after his passing and decided to get back into the breed in 2019. That is when I met the breeders of my first female, Saxafrax and Wild Rushes. Little did I know, by adding her to the household, it would open up the gates to a wonderful community and really dive into my love of the breed and all things showing and sports. I got my second and third females from Thunderstruck. Together these three girls have made my life more wonderful than I can imagine. They are part of my home life, have access to acerage of land, exposure to lots of farm animals and of course my children. After lots of time spent earning titles, researching, health testing, we decided to breed my unicorn of a borzoi, Sky. I was privileged enough to be able to work with Summerlane to produce my very first litter. With lots of support from the reproductive Vet, the stud owner, and the community, we were finally able to welcome a lovely litter of eight on Memorial Day, May 25, 2026. Both parents are completely health tested. Both have been holtered. I have been and plan to be very transparent with potential puppy buyers. My goal is to continue on with the vision of those that came before me with the hope of doing right by the breed.

About Sky
Very sweet and affectionate. Loves every person she has ever met. She has doubled in rally and agility. She is a field champion and more than halfway to her bronze. She has her CHIC number and has been holtered. She is very smiley. I would describe her as a golden retriever in a borzoi body.
