I'm Tory S., the breeder behind Arctic Argonauts located in Loudon, NH. The mother is a medium coat and weights roughly 60lbs. She is a retired service dog and has a very tamed temperament. She is naturally motherly and extremely in touch with emotions. She is very smart and loyal. The father is a certified protection dog with years of training. He has a very high drive and alert temperament. He also has a soft side, very caring and family oriented. Their previous litters has shown a perfect mix between their behaviors.
Q. & A. with Tory
Why did you start breeding?
Breeding has always been in the family and I took a liking to it. I understood what needed to be done in the moment and was never afraid to jump in. I have had years of experience with help but only within the last 4 years have I bred dogs without help. I have always known what to do I just hadn't been able to make the leap to do it myself. Now I am and I'm making sure everything is perfect not only for my dogs but also the pups. I make sure they are well taken care of so they have the best chances in their forever home.
What makes your program special?
I'd like to say the way I have raised and trained my dogs made them special. I have put a lot of hard work into my dogs and the puppies. Each one I train, socialize, exercise, play with, and temperament test so I understand them and I'm able to place them in an appropriate home.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include stock and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
